how do I import a powerpoint file into access?

I've got a bunch of hyperlinks connecting row entries (records) to powerpoint
presentations. However, it is a pain because the presentations are outside
of Access. So, if i try to have others use the database they will have
problems because the route to the file will change, etc. If i embed the
presentation then it will travel with the database.
 
Unfortunately, it may make the database exceed the maximum possible size,
since Access is very bad at handling blobs of data.
