How do I import a Corel Address book into Office 2003

I have used word Perfect and have an extensive address book but now wish to
go exclusively to M S Office 2003. Is it possible to import my Corel address
book into Ms Word via Access and if so how please? It would take days to
transfer it manually!
 
Does the address book have any options to export it?

As far as I know, Access cannot work directly with the address book, but
might be able to import it if you can export it to a format that Access does
recognize.
