How do I identify calendar items with large attachments?

Some calendar items come with attachments. Over time my calendar size has
grown. I now need to find the large items and selectively delete attachments

If you're using 2003 or later, you can use View > Arrange By > Size on any
table view e.g. All Appointments.

Otherwise switch to a table view, add the Size column, then click on the
heading to sort.
