How do I hide the Worksheet menu bar

I have created a spreedsheet that I wish to distribute but I want to protect
the contents. I have already used the protect option but I want more.
 
Hi

Right click a toolbar. Go to Customize -> Toolbars and un-check the
Worksheet Menu Bar.
