How do I have several slides automatically repeat in PP03?

I'd like to have the first several slides of my full presentation continue to
automatically repeat until I choose to continue with the rest of the
presentation. I have Powerpoint 2003.

The easiest way to do this is to have 2 separate presentations, the first
set to loop, the second for the main body of the show. Insert a hyperlink
from the first to the second (this does not have to be visible) to jump from
one to the other.

Start the first one looping before people come in, then when ready to start,
trigger the hyperlink and away you run.
