How do I group textboxes with a picture in Word 2007?

2003 word grouped textboxes and art easily, there must be a way to do so in
2007 without creating a PDF, so emailing a complete document of multiple
objects is easy. Please advise if you know a way.

multiple objects is easy. Please advise if you know a way.

PDF is always the best way to ensure that the documents you send appear as
intended, however what you appear to need here is to insert a drawing canvas
to group your items. (insert Shapes - bottom of the list)
