A few weeks ago I was having problems with my wireless
card. I noticed the checkbox that said "Allow windows to
control wireless network", or something like that, so I
unchecked that and donwloaded Boingo. That worked for
awhile, but I just installed Boingo's newest version, and
now it doesn't recognized my card. I want to let windows
control it again, but the checkbox is gone.

How can I re-enable windows wireless networking?

Right click on the "My Computer" icon and go
to "Manage". Under "Services and Applications" go
to "Services". Scroll to the bottom of the list and you
should find "Wireless Zero Configuration". Double click
on it and there should be a button that say "Enable".
That should fix it for you.
