How do I get the wizards to work?

Wizrds don't work in spite of installing upgrade to 2003. They didn't work
in earlier versions either!

Try http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;242218 for a
starting place. It refers to A2K, but you said it never worked on earlier
versions.
If you were missing a file/s in A2K and then you "upgraded" to newer
versions, those files may still be missing.

The orginal installation did not install the wizards.
since they weren't there, the upgrade didn't upgrade them
You may need to go back to square one. reinstall the
orginal version making sure the wizards were installed
correctly this time then upgrade.
