How do I get the tracking to update when msgs are received?

Does anyone know why in Outlook 2003, if you send to multiple receipents, the
tracking only shows the first to receive? I have received confirmation that
the others received, but tracking does not show this.
 
How long have you waited for the tracking to update?

account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Tracking in Outlook 2003 asked:
