How do I get the same fields diplayed in ALL folders?

I want the "FROM" field instead of the "TO" field to be displayed in all of
the folders I create. Is there a way to do it without changing each folder
individually?

The default Messages view will always show the From field. All mail folders
use the Messages view by default, with the exception of the "Sent Items"
folder, which uses the "Sent To" view that shows the To field (since the
"From" will always be you). If youre mail folders are using the Message
view, then reset the Message view to the default. If they're not, you can
erase any modifications you made by starting Outlook with the /cleanviews
command line switch. The techniques described here should work:
