HOW DO I GET THE PAGE TO PRESENT HORIZONTALLY?

No need for all caps. It's considered shouting.
In general, use page setup, but you haven't stated what program you are
using. This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access.

Thank you Bruce It was late and I didnt think about the caps being on It did look a bit over the top I am using microsoft word but I just want to turn the page on its' side Dont know if you use that or not Thank you Patsy

You'd be best off posting to a newsgroup related to Word then.
