How do I get the look up tool in word 2002

I have Word 2002 with Windows Xp. At work, I use microsoft word and when i
use the thesaurus or the "look-up" tool it shows up on the right hand side of
the screen, pushing the document to the left, instead of opening in a pop-up
box, is this possible in Word 2002 that I have at home?

No, this was new in Word 2003.
