How do I get the date headers back in my Inbox folder

When I first began using outlook 2003, my folders all contained date headers.
Such as "Today", "Yesterday", "Jan 24th". Under each header were the
e-mails that came in on those days. Now, I only have one header, it says
"Date: Older". All e-mails fall under that header, even those that came in
today.

Howe do I get the specific date headers back again.
