How do I get sound with microsoft office access online training.

I have adjusted all my devices in the control panel undersound. WhenI play my
music or watch a video I created I hear sound. but when I go to the ms site
to the online training I get no sound when I click the play button on the
player. What am I missing? Please help!!
 
This sounds like an 'internet audio' issue and not an 'MS Access' issue BUT
you said you can play other audio on your computer so it's not your volume
settings.

1. Do other internet audio bites play? Can you go to other internet sites
and play audio?
then it's not your internet settings, it has something to do with the site.
If not, there's an internet setting that is muting all internet audio.

2. can you play other tutorials from this site?
If so then it's a problem with the MS site itself specific to this
particular tutorial.
 
Ok. I understand. Now How do I get this coreected. Is there something I need
to do on my end. Or with MS?
