How do I get rid of Virus Busters?

I have Virus Busters appearing every day on my desktop telling me that I am
infected and join Virus Busters to sort the problem.
As I am fully covered my system I don't need this.
How do I prevent this?
I hesitate to send them an email which would confirm my address

Definitely do not send them - or any other spammer or malware creator -
an email! That will just confirm they have a live email address and
you'll get even more garbage.
