How do I get rid of this toolbar???

For some reason some crappy toolbar got installed on my
browser and I can't get rid of it. It's one of those
stupid ones with links to stuff I would never use in my
life and wont ever need.. called "MyWay" or something.
Anyway, any idea how to get rid of these things?

look in add/remove programs,,,uninstall,,,get ad aware

FREE from www.ad-aware.com get it update it
run it and remove the spyware toolbars.
