how do I get rid of the lines between each email in my inbox

In outlook 2003 I would like to remove the grid line look back to the the
way 2000 looked . In other workds each email is separated by a line ... How
do I turn that
line off
 
Yes thank you ... I looked there like ten times and just didn't see ...
this time I said "well if diane said it is there it must be " and it

Right click a blank bit of the toolbar and select advanced. A toolbar will
appear. There will be a drop down box probably says messages. Click on the
arrow, select define views. Make sure the selection is on <Current View
Settings> then click on Modify. Click on other settings. Then you will see
Grid Line Style change this to say no grid lines. Click OK then OK again.
Then apply view. The grid lines should now have gone, phew !!
