It's keeps popping up on my wife's computer.
I have used the Windows Control Pane, Add or Remove feature to remove
everything from Accessibility Options.

But at random times her computer beeps, and that darn Sticky keys window
opens.

Cancel out and it's back in a few minutes....

Help me before she kills me!

Did you check the settings for the sticky in Accessibility Options/ Stick
Keys/Settings?

Make changes there, then uncheck the box, "Use StickyKeys".

My fault.
I should have said that I checked the StickyKeys module and made sure
everything was turned off.
Should have said that...
I even did a double check, properly closed everything, and did a reboot.

Like in the Movies...."I'm baaack"

It's not the Accessibility applets that are the problem. By
default "Sticky Keys" has a trigger that brings up the option
box. You'll need the Accessibility applet in Control Panel.
When you open it, the default (Tab) will be keyboard. The
first check box "User Sticky Keys" needs to be disabled.

It's disabled.
I even 'enabled' it and then 'disabled' it.

But like a prodigal son...it returns...when it wants to....

There must be a trigger event to cause the options box to appear.
Does this happen without using the keyboard ? Could you have a
key stuck or partially stuck. Do you have a can of compressed air
you could use to clean between the keys.
Also a keyboard is a fairly inexpensive item, so you might want to
actually try a different keyboard. (Office Depot, ~$8.00 or so).

Will try that...

Hitting the shift key 5 times in quick succesion can turn on Sticky Keys. Is
there something possibly shorting that key out?

I've replaced the keyboard.....
I'll let you know if I hear any more screaming from my wife's computer
office!

As others have said might be a flakey keyboard, but you can permantently
disable StickyKeys with this registry entry:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Accessibility\StickyKeys]
"Flags"="506"
