How do I get rid of small calendar in folder list view?

When viewing my calendar, there is a small calendar in the top of the folder
list in the navigation pane. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?
 
Either use the taskpad or get used to the small calendar. You can also fill up the navigation pane with shortcuts, favorites, etc. so there is no room.
