how do I get rid of error 0x8004210B

I have updated my computer with service pack 3 (XP) however I still am having
trouble with outlook 2002 with the error 0x8004210B when sending any messages
with attechments. Any ideas?

I had the same problem today with a client computer using Win XP with only
SP1. Update Win XP SP2 with all other updates and well as installing Office
XP SP3.
Result...All was fixed
