how do i get rid of "Enter Keyword or web address here"

when IE first starts in the adress bar there appears a
phrase "Enter Keyword or web address here", how do I get
rid of that
 
Probable cause this parasite.

IGetNet
http://www.doxdesk.com/parasite/IGetNet.html

Problems: May cause IEXPLORE.EXE to hang whilst shutting down. You will also
be unable to contact the real auto.search.msn.com and search.netscape.com
directly whilst IGetNet is installed due to the Hosts file alterations.
'Enter Keyword or Web Address here' in the address bar.
