How do i get RID of bargins.exe and optimise.exe ? spyware or anyou @*@*@*ware.

Something installs it not sure what, do a adaware and spybot but still
their even though i think its gone keeps coming back ?

Not sure what they do, but the optimise one sounds nasty.

Want them gone for good what can i do ?
