How do I get rid of a trailing blank page?

I have a document where the last page is all blank. If I turn on all
formatting marks, all it has on it is a paragraph mark. I have tried just
deleting the mark and I still cannot get rid of this last page. My document
include 2 pages with text and graphics. It is the third page that I want to
get rid of.

If your text goes to the absolute bottom of the margin setting,
this will happen. Try changing your TOP or BOTTOM margins slightly and the
page will go away (assuming there aren't any extra hard returns that need
deleting).

Thanks Bill -- I triend increasing the margin and no luck -- my setting are
..5" on the top and .3 on the bottom. I moved the bottom up to .5 as well and
no luck.

How do i tell if there is a hard return, and how would I get rid of it?

I appreciate your help!

If your text won't fit on a page you need to DECREASE your margin settings.
If your bottom is already set to 0.3, you might not be able to. Maybe you
can change your left and right margins. This will also move your text up
slightly. How about a smaller font?

If your existing margins are:

Top - 0.5"
Bottom - 0.3"
Left - 1.0"
Right - 1.0"

Try changing your left and right margins to 0.75". This might be just
enough to move your text up one line (which should get rid of your ghost
page).
