How do I get Outlook to list all appointments containing a name?

I want to print a list of all apointments for a given person. The "find"
function does not list recurrent appointments individually. Is there a way to
list each separate apointment for a person?

a recurring appointment only exists as a single item so it will not show up
that way when you print in a tbale format. If you print a Calendar format,
you will see each instance of it.
