How do I get Outlook to auto start up?

I want Office Outlook 2003 to auto start up when I log on to my computer.
I've looked at computers that do auto start up, and they have it in their
msconfig listings. But I don't, and I can't figure out how to add it.
 
No such complication needed. Simply add Outlook.exe to your startup folder
in your start menu and it will open it up along with anything else in there.
