how do I get Outlook 2003 to display picts inline like express?

switched to Outlook 2003. How do I get attachments to appear inline? re:
picts, jpg, gif, forwarded email.
 
Its not worth the hassle. I'll go back to Outlook express then or Netscape
thunderbird. They have inline viewing.
