how do i get one song to continue playing after i go to the next s

when i click on the next slide the music starts all over again i need it to
continue playing throughout the whole slide show

First of all, make sure the music is only inserted on the slide you want it
to start playing on and not on every or any other slides.

Second, open the Custom Animation task pane and click on the arrow next to
where the music is listed. Go to Effect Options. In the box that opens, you
can change the settings in the Stop Playing section to reflect what you want.
