How do I get my toolbars back?

I built a database sometime ago and created a custom toolbar which replaced
the standard Access one. I now need to do some additional work on my
database but can't seem to get the standard toolbar back. I thought it was a
case of holding a function key down when it opened but I can't find which
one. can anyone help me here?
