How do I get my reports in access to print alphabetically

I do a data base for a conference of about 500 people. When I do different
labels/reports I can't get them to print out in alphabetical order. Any
suggestions?

In report design view, use the "sorting and grouping" options. It's one of
the buttons in the toolbar at the top of the screen.

Probably the easiest thing would be to open the report in design mode
and then click the Sorting and Grouping icon. It will open a dialog
box that will allow you to pick and choose many options. Click one of
the down arrows on the left and find the name of the field you want
for your sort. Done.
