How do I get my outlook 2003 to work?

I have never been able to use my outlook 2003, i do have yahoo. Is that why?
 
unless you have a paid yahoo acct that supports POP3 service, you can not
use it with outlook.

have you setup a POP3 Email account in outlook yet?
