How do I get my Outlook 2000 toolbars to restore?

I closed out all of my office toolbars inadvertently, and can not figure out
how to restore them. I have no toolbar whatsoever in the upper portion of my
Outlook 2000 main window, so there is nowhere to go. I've tried right
clicking and looking for anything that might indicate the ability to restore
the toolbars, but I've gotten nowhere. Help please!

From the menu bar, click on View, then scroll to Toolbars and add the ones
you want back.

I wish I could click on View, but that's precisely the problem I have. There
is no View or any other menu options. There is no toolbar at the top of the
window or anywhere else? My toolbars are gone completely! And it doesn't
work to right click and try to use any of those commands to get them back.
Thanks for trying anyway. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. I'm a
pretty advanced computer user, but this one has me completely stumped.
Nothing in Outlook Help or on the website either.

Close Outlook, rename your outcmd.dat file. It's hidden so you'll have to
unhide hidden files/folders in order to find it. Then just do a folder/file
search for it.
