How do I get MS Word as my Advanced Signature Editor (notepad now)

I saw this questions posted previously but the answer was a work around to
edit signatures. I have Outlook 2003 and Word 2003. I also have selected Word
to edit html and rich text emails.

Still, in Signature I click Advanced, get the warning box that I'm using an
application outside Outlook and it takes me to notepad for my editor...wholly
unusuable (with html codes and everything).

How can I get Outlook to use Word (or something other than notepad) to edit
my advanced signatures?

Thoughts?

You can't set signatures up in OL if you use Word as editor. Set the
signatures up in
Word instead. Look up 'signatures' in OL help for more info.

Start IE and click Tools>Internet Options>Programs. What's in the "HTML
Editor" drop-down? (Notepad, I'll bet.)
