How do I get Monday to be the first day of the week?

As I am new to access could someone explain please in "Layman" terms. I have
set the formula Format([Date],"ww") to display the week number representing
the date I entered. Problem is if the date I entered is a Sunday date it
shows the next week number when my business ends on a Sunday. Can someone
please help me to set the date properties to a Monday week start day or any
other suggestion please.

Format([Date],"ww",2)

The third argument specifies the first day of the week, where 1 is Sun, 2 is
Mon etc.
