how do I get into the German version of clipart ?

How do I get into the German or French versions of clipart and do they have
culturally-specific pictures?
 
Don't know. This is an ACCESS newsgroup. We deal with ACCESS databases.

Have you tried going to "clips online" and dowloading free clipart from
Microsoft?
