How do I get information from a multi-select listbox into queries.

I have set up a database that has some multi-select list boxes in the forms.
I need to use the information I enter in these listboxes in queries and
reports. Unfortunately, I do not know SQL very well so instructions to enter
the proper code need to be quite detailed.
