how do I get eliminate the date segregation of my messages

Being a new user of Outlook 2003, I find it frustrating to see my messages
divided into separate boxes, depending what day of the week they were rcd.
How do I eliminate segregation and revert to seein al messages together, in
the order that I choose.. please
