Type your first number in the column:
then with your cursor in lower right corner of the cell, right click and
draw down to the end where you want your numbers, a menu comes up then
choose Fill Series
type the first number in a cell
move the mouse over the bottom right corner of the cell until you see +
hold down the control key & drag as far as you want then let the MOUSE go
and then the control key.
