How do I get chapter number with my page number in a document?

I try to have chapter number presented at page number in a document. Thus,
page number on pages under chapter 1, should be 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 etc. However,
as follow Microsofts help on this, it is said that I should click a chapter
numbering style (including the text "heading 1", "heading 2", etc on the
Outline Numbered tab. However, I cannot find such text when I click the
Outline Numbered tab.

Could anyone help me on this?
