How do I get background sounds into my pages?

I know to click page properties and there is
a "Background sound" section, but it's not a highlighter
or active section. How can I make it so?
 
Open Front Page and go to:

Tools | Page Options | Compatibility |
And set all to | Custom | and check all the boxes
