how do I get background sound throughout the website

I have Tried all the steps that it says to do it plays in my preview
menu but won't play on my web site any hints would be greatly
appericated
 
Hello,

You will need to frame the website with one frame that plays the music and
another that shows the content.

Framing comes with alot of disadvantages

Also, to play the sound in the page, you can used the EMBED tag
<EMBED SRC="FILENAME" WIDTH=XX HEIGHT=XX AUTOSTART="true">
