How do I get back to a question I've posted?

I've posted a question and received email notice of a response from MS. I
return to the site where posted but don't see either the question or the
response.
What am I doing wrong?

If the site where you posted was the Microsoft web interface to the
newsgroups, don't use it as it is broken.

Use a news server, or Google's archive.
