HOW DO I GET BACK/ADD A THIS WEEKS MESSAGES FOLDER TO MY OUTLOOK?

I accidently deleted the folder into which this weeks mail goes. I only have
a folder for "Date Today" and Date Yesterday" then "Date Last week" (two
weeks ago etc) but no folder for mail from "This week". How can I recreate
it and then have the mail go there for this week?
 
Are you referring to the arrangements in your Inbox folder that say which
date things came in? If so, those aren't folders, they're simply
automatically created groupings.
