How do I get an ebay reminder into outlook

I run windows xp proffesional with internet mail I am trying to add a
reminder from ebay into outlook and it will not work.
 
How are you adding the reminder? Does eBay support iCal files? When you say
WinXP Pro with Internet mail do you mean that you're running Office XP
(OL2002)?
 
what happens when you try? it works here - open it, then save and close.
