How do I get Access to recognize a printer that is already setup?

I am trying to print from a table in access. But it says there is no
printer. I even tested my printer to make sure there was a connection. The
print test page came out fine and so did documents from word. Why won't
access recoginze my printer?
 
Doug, Yes it was set as default printer. I finally got it to work. I had to
shut it down and restart. Then I noticed in another table it was recongizing
the printer. So I closed out that table and brought in the table I was
trying to print from and it finally worked. Thank you for your time, I
greatly appreciate it..
