How do I get a new web browser to open from my web site

For the love of god! I just want to know how to set up, when you click on a
hyperlink, it will open up in a different window (web browser), instead of
taking people from my site directly there. Can anyone please help!
 
When you create your hyperlink, select Target Frame, then New Window.

I'm doin' good this morning, I beat God to the answer...he must be busy at choich this morning ;-)
 
Hi -
When you are setting your hyperlink, on that same window there's a
standard looking button to the right labeled 'Target'. Click on target and
when that window comes up, choose/highlight 'new window'. I hope I've
