how do I get a cell to blink in excel?

In lotus 123 programming features allow a person to get a cell of group of
cells to blink. Does Excel have this same feature?

No, and honestly, most of us are very happy about the lack of this feature
;-)

No, and I would advise not to try any suggested way to simulate. It is an
awful feature.
