How do I format a picture to be inserted in Word with a specific..

My boss wants to know how he can insert a picture into word and have it be
inserted at a specific size each time. For instance, he wants all pictures he
inserts into Word to come in at 4x6.

You can do that using a macro. If your boss wants it to be transparent, then
you'd substitute a macro for the InsertPicture command.

Basically, the macro would do what the built-in InsertPicture command does,
but would follow up by setting the size to 4 x 6.
