I am running Word 2007 and would like to format plain text into html. How is
this done? There is no option under save as.

Hi Will,
Under File[Office Button]=>Save as, the choices would be File=>Save as Web Page or File=>Save as Web Page filtered for the 'default'
Word behaviors relative to HTML file content.
