How do i force a font size through IE using front page?

I am trying to build a website, and ensure that when the user views my pages,
that they appear correctly through internet explorer. Is there a method
through front page to force IE to display is as 'medium' size font. (i.e.
when in IE you go to view, text size.)

No. All you can do is suggest a font size, the user can always override
your suggestion so that they can read your pages, and View-Text size is not
the only method - try Tools->Internet Options - General tab, and click the
Accessibility button and try the options there...

Design your pages so that they look correct no-matter how anyone sets up
their browsers.
