How do I flip text in a Word document?

I am trying to flip text 180 degrees in a Word document and cannot achieve
this. I know that it is possible to do it with a picture, but what about text?

You can use WordArt. Or, you can write the text, copy it to the clipboard,
insert it as a graphic (Edit, Paste Special, Enhanced Metafile), and then
flip it.
